Note
Rollover Policy and Requirements.
Under our system, clients who did not begin their investment journey at a particular plan level and wish to roll over into that plan are required to make a one-time active deposit to qualify for rollover privileges.
This requirement does not apply to clients who continue rolling over funds within the same plan level.
Enjoying the benefits of our highest investment
To enjoy the benefits of our highest investment level, the Gold Tier Plan, the following requirements apply to clients who did not originally start at the Gold Tier level:
- A one-time active deposit of $5,000 is required to activate Gold Tier rollover privileges.
- An additional $5,000 active deposit is required to unlock unlimited rollover access within the Gold Tier Plan.
Please note that these requirements apply only to clients upgrading into the Gold Tier from a lower plan level. Clients who originally commenced their investment at the Gold Tier level are not subject to these rollover requirements.
Representative Application Form Activation Policy
Under our updated system policy, a withdrawal request cannot be processed if a member has not completed the required payment for the Representative Application Form after the system has initiated the activation process.
Once the Representative Application Form has been processed and placed under activation by the system, the member must fulfill the required activation amount before any withdrawal request can be approved.
This policy is mandatory and applies to all accounts with a Representative Application Form currently under system activation.
